3. Refunds / Returns under Gaurantee?
Our gaurantee providing you have compiled with the following conditions:- If you are unhappy with the purchase we will refund or send fresh item concerned at our discretion.This does not affect your statutary rights as a consumer.Please inform us if you have any problems with in 2 working days of recieving your order. Please FAX (+91-11-41617645) or E-Mail (haldiramsweets@gmail.com) us for an immediate resolution of your problem. Where your order is to be returned to us for full refund, we do not accept libility for return carrige costs incurred.If the order is to be refunded we will issue a refund with in 7 Days. The product should be returned more then 75 % on the weight of the Product Ordered.Queries received outside the time frame as mentioned above, will not be entertained. We shall have the rights at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified.Any non-fault products returned for refund will be refunded minus delievery and transaction cost.

4. Will I be charged in Rupees or Dollars for placing an order from outside USA ?
For placing an order from outside United States, you will be charged the Rupee equivalent of the Dollar price mentioned. The INR that is charged for the order depends on the prevailing exchange rates post approval of your order. It could be a sum, which is either higher or lower than the Rupee value mentioned, depending on the exchange rate. Please note that in any case for the transaction, we are credited in the equivalent USD only by the bankers and we have no say in the issue.

5. I have placed an order. When will my items be delivered?
Orders from Haldirams are delivered quickly anywhere in India or USA, by courier through our logistics partners. Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product varies according to the Location of Delievery. Normally, the lead time for delivery for every product is approx. 4 days. However, different locations may have different delivery lead-times depending upon the location at which the product have ordered.Also, the delivery is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays, since there is no courier service available on these days. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by email. In case you choose a 'Cheque' payment option, the order will be processed only after your cheque has been realized. In case you choose a 'Demand Draft' payment option, your order will be processed only after we have received your Demand Draft.

6. If am looking for a certain product, can I go directly to it without surfing the site?
If you are aware of the product you wish to purchase, then please enter the name/title of the product in our search text box at the left side of the shopping home page and the results of your search will be the product as mentioned by you - if available on our site or other products with a similar title/name. 7. I want to make a purchase, how do I go about it?
Once you have decided what you would like to buy, please follow the instructions given below to place your order: Click on the ' Buy Now ' link of the item that you want to buy. If you wish to continue shopping then you can click on continue shopping. If you wish to finish up with the order you can click on proceed to checkout. If you wish to change Quantity you can change the qty ands click on Change quantity If you wish to delete any product in your shopping cart then you can click on the check box on the left side of the product title and click on delete After Clicking in Proceed to Checkout You can mention the address on which you want the order to be delievered. Note : In country you can only choose India or USA. Now click on Next and you have to choose Mode of Payment.And if there is some special instructions you can mention in the blank box provided. The finally you can place an order. For credit cards, American Bank Transfers or Paypal Transfers you can choose payment option as Paypal. Please remember your order number, as this will help us easily identify your order if you have any questions in the future.

8. Will I receive the exact item as shown in the picture?
We take care to deliver exactly what is displayed on the site. However, it is clearly mentioned in the product description that sometimes packing may vary as the image is only for viewing and understanding purpose.

9. How shipping charges are calculated?
The shipping charges are calculated bearing in mind the end-to-end cost that is incurred in shipping a product across the state. These are fares that are quoted to us by the logistic companies based on the weight and destination.

10. Will I be charged shipping separately for each product under one order?
An order can consist of a single product or of multiple products. The shipping charges are calculated separately against each product. You will be able to view the total cost of your order inclusive of shipping charges as applicable before completing the check out process.

11. Will I get any discount if I order for more than one quantity?
There are no discounts offered for products purchased in more than one quantity. If yours is a corporate order, then please get in touch with our vendor team and your order will be dealt with separately. However for placing an order online, the charges will be as mentioned per unit. The shipping charges too are applicable per unit.

12. How will I get option for message note and delivery date?
At the time of placing your order, while selecting the payment option you get a box to enter delievery date and a message note.

13. Are there any hidden costs apart from the product price and shipping charges?
At the time of registering for your order, the payment page will display the total product price and the shipping charges as applicable. This is the amount that is due to be paid by you. There are no hidden costs and all chargeable amounts are featured before the checkout page.

14. I have chosen to send the order as a gift, but am unable to view the date and message
In order to send your product as a gift, you are requested to mention 'Send as a gift on a particular date' and enter the message and delivery date when choosing the payment mode. These details will not be viewable in your account, however it will be captured by our system and we will be able to view the same and deliver your order on the requested date.

15 What different types of credit cards are accepted for making payments?
We accept credit cards as our chief mode of payment therefore all major credit cards are accepted by us. They are mainly Visa, Masters, Diners and Amex drawn from any bank.

16 I do not have a credit card, can I use my relative's card to make the purchase.

Utilizing someone else's credit card or giving out your own credit card details to someone are both fraud doings. Credit card frauds are punishable by law and hence are criminal offences. Any such offence would certainly be taken up with a legal course of action and criminal investigation. WE does not favor or support the use of another person's credit card details and you are requested to enter your own credit card details at the time of registering for an order. The cardholder name should be the same as the shopper name.
